The Corporation’s activities are aimed at increasing employees’ professionalism, improving their working conditions, occupational safety and providing social protection for them. That is why Obolon JSC introduced and certified the occupational safety and health management system DSTU - P OHSAS 18001:2006.
As many as 7000 people are employed at the enterprises of the corporation, including more than 3500 employees at the main plant in Kiev.
Adequate working and living conditions are provided for the employees. Professional development, medical examinations, first aid, preventive treatment and development of the social sphere are provided on an annual basis.
Every employee has the opportunity to receive additional professional education and improve his or her qualifications in accordance with a professional development and training program.
The Obolon's policy is directed not only at maintaining a leading position on the beer and soft drink market, but also making the life and health of the people who manufacture these products its highest priority.
